Does the Wim Hof Method Cause Tinnitus?

Описание: Did the Wim Hof method give me tinnitus? About two years ago I started getting emails from people whose ears never stopped ringing after they did a few rounds of Wim Hof breathwork. While some whooshing in the ears is totally normal, the prolonged complications was the first serious health concern I’d come across from people doing the Wim Hof Method.
