Routine is the key to success in Cyclical Sports.
Wasn’t a PR, but was good enough for me to understand I’m ready for 28kg.
I’m doing a 10min set with each kb weight on my way to 32kg , starting from 16kg and 2kg weight increase up.
10 sets of 10min.
Within 12 weeks.
Average result is what I’m aiming for with the lighter weights , which leaves me the energy and excitement for a strong shot with the final and heaviest weight.
