O Gauge Live Steam: David Meyrick Sept 2022

Описание: This is my final video of O Gauge live steam from 2022. David Meyrick opened his extensive garden railway on 17th Sept. There was a full compliment of locomotives and stock in action. Hence there are many passing shots with trains running concurrently on the inner and outer circuits. In addition, we made use of the storage sidings and side platforms with several trains starting their runs running back to their train. See the number of times trains are snaking through crossovers.

My favourite is John driving the Precursor Tank at the head of 4 LNWR coaches initially on the inner circuit. After a few laps, he comes across to a platform on the outer circuit, runs round and sets off.

After the long hot summer, the trees had started to drop their leaves. You can hear them being crunched underfoot in several of the clips.

Intermixed with the live steam is Nick Dumler battery powered Duchess and Tornado.
