Ingredients –
Chicken – 250gm (boneless cut in cubes)
Garlic – 6 to 8 cloves chopped
Lemon – 1 no.
Oil- 1 table spoon
Butter – 20gm
Cream – 2 to 4 Table Spoon
Refined Flour – 1 teaspoon
Crushed Black Pepper – 1 tea spoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Tea spoon

Green Chilli – 2 no. chopped
Coriander – For garnish
Salt – to taste
Marinade –
Lemmon Juice – ½ lemon
Black pepper – ½ tea spoon
Salt – to taste
Method -
• Marinate chicken with Lemon juice, salt and black pepper keep for 15 min.
• Heat pan add oil and fry marinated chicken for 3 to 4 min till light brown
• Add chopped garlic and green Chilli and sauté well, add butter and powdered spices and mix well
• Add refined flour and cook for 30 sec, add slash of water and lemon juice mix well.
• Add crushed black pepper, chopped coriander and seasoning.
• Finish with 3 to 4 table spoon of cream and cook for 30 sec.
• Serve hot with paratha
