In this video we will concentrate on how to build a business case template, that you can use to understand the potential of an idea, the effort that it will take to develop, is the right team in place and what it will be the impact of such an idea in your business.
No matter if you prefer a one pager business case, a pitch deck or a several pages business case, in the end all of them will have to answer the same questions: value proposition, customer personas, go-to-market, data & technology, TAM and costs.
Once you have created this template running an idea and understanding its potential impact on your business will be a much easier exercise
