In the aftermath of Tropical Storm Helene, Northeast Tennessee faced a massive challenge: clearing debris from storm-impacted waterways.
Two key leaders in the recovery effort - Heath Stone, Vice President at Phillips Heavy, Inc., and Carter County Mayor Patty Woodby - joined TEMA for a conversation on the large-scale removal effort.
