Описание: How easy is it to back out of a real estate contract in NC? Well- first it depends on whether or not you are the buyer or seller. Buyers can walk away from a contract in NC should they decide that after due diligence (more research and thought) that this home is not for them. However- they lose their due diligence deposit, which in some cases can be sizeable. There are only four states that use due diligence, so many folks when coming to NC can think of real estate here as the Wild West. This is why having a strong Realtor on your side in a “Buyer Beware” or “As Is” purchase state, can be super important.
