This is a practical option for cyclists, endurance athletes, strength athletes, or anyone heading into a demanding workout who wants steady energy without feeling weighed down. It blends in minutes, digests well, and supports both performance and recovery.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup mixed berries
2 scoops plant-derived protein powder
1 scoop PB Fit
1 tbsp flaxseed
1-2 cups spinach
15 g collagen powder
10 oz almond milk
1 cup ice
