Tatkar is the basic foundation of Kathak. This is how typically you start learning and we go by increasing the speed. This is result of years of practice and muscle memory. Start with 1,2,3,4 and 1,2,3,4 at your pace.
Health tip- it's suitable for everyone. Even if you have knee replacement you can do it at slow speed, stay tuned for that example.
