00:00 Barbell deadlift: 5 - 6 sets, 3 - 5 reps
00:27 Barbell shoulder press: 5 - 6 sets, 3 - 5 reps
00:47 Barbell back squat:4 sets, 3 - 5 reps
01:18 1.5 lateral raises: 4 sets, 4 - 6 reps (per arm)
01:33 Kettlebell reverse lunge: 4 sets, 5 reps (per leg)
01:55 Bent over alternating isometric rear delt fly: 4 sets, 4 - 6 reps (per arm)
Recording yourself working out is so useful to identify any deficiencies. On my lateral raises my right arm goes noticeably higher than my left. I don’t know if it’s a lack of strength or mobility, or both, but it’s something to pay attention to. On my squats I can see my pelvis shift as I’m lowering into the squat. Compensating for a chronically injured left leg that is less mobile and weaker, by shifting onto the dominant right side.
