Описание: Hello everyone!
I have created for you a mobility flow lasting 15 minutes, so it is perfect to start your day or to reduce muscles tension before going to sleep. You can also add this video at the end of a full body class to release any tension built up during the class.

Mobility exercises tend to have a calming feeling and will help you release stress.
They improve your range of motion and will prevent the stiffness that comes with
muscle build-up and strength training.
They can be a low-intensity exercises that will give your body a break and help it heal from high-intensity training.
