1 whole duck, dressed
1 liter white soda sprite
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons oyster
.1/4 cup sauce soy sauce
1 tsp salt
5 cloves garlic
3 bay leaves
1 tsp peppercorns
3 stalks green onion leaves
1 small can pineapple sliced (including syrup)
2 red chili peppers, (optional)
3 stalk lemon grass ( tanglad)
