Stakeholders in the West Nile region are calling on the government to urgently address the issue of porous border points, warning that they pose a serious threat to national security and undermine efforts to curb illegal entry and revenue loss. The call was made by Fred Lematia, a customs officer at Vurra Border Point, while presenting a report on crime positivity rates to Gen.
