Alvaro Fernandez is being sued by his neighbor for invasion of privacy. Mr. Santiago claims Mr. Fernandez is spying on him and his wife by flying a drone over their home. However, he alleges he is merely keeping an eye on the neighborhood which has had a rash of home invasions. But after hearing both sides of the equation, Judge Porter rules in favor of the homeowner and orders Mr. Fernandez to ground his drone.
