Diane Thompson, the owner of the school, vehemently denies these claims and states her school was simply giving the children a lesson about sharing. Nevertheless, Mrs. Avery is seeking $100,000 in pain and suffering on behalf of her children. Judge Porter must now decide on which side justice lies.
