This video is all about opening and stretching the hips and legs to ease tension in hamstrings and thighs as well as built up strength to eventually flow into Hanumanasana (Frontsplits or Monkey Pose).
We will be holding some poses for a little bit longer and you will feel your hamstrings more flexible and thighs stronger, your hips will be opened up.
You don't need any props for this class, just your mat and your focus.
