這個麵團我真的用了它做了有20種麵包了 (以後會常常看到這個麵包食譜) 我在已經igtv有一些食譜了 有興趣的可以去看看. Cronuts 是可頌加甜甜圈的意思 (croissant+donuts) 簡單來說就是可頌然後甜甜圈的形狀!

Finally made cronuts at home using my dough recipe!
I've already made around 20 buns with this dough recipe (you'll see this recipe very often) I posted a couple on my igtv already if you're interested to check them out.

我第一次吃是在紐約的 Dominique Ansel Bakery! 真的很好吃!
我們那時候還要一開門就去排隊呢 下午3點還要去排買cookie shots跟smores.

My first time trying cronuts was at Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC. THEY WERE SO GOOD. I remember clearly that we had to line up when it just opened and then we had to go back to get the cookie shots and smores at 3pm haha

feel free to ask questions if you have any *recommend not to watch it full screen because it gets you pretty dizzy during the fast speed part*:)
