recipe: Croissant Cereals using leftover dough! Croreal? / 迷你可頌早餐脆片 / 크루아상 시리얼 "크리얼?"

Описание: CROREALS? From croffin, cronut, croffle to croreals!!!
Inspired by Chef Steps - I used my leftover cronuts dough to make these no waste I have also tested the without using the leftover dough (but I forgot to film oops) so I've combined the recipe with some videos from cronuts (also basically the same method as croissants!) This was a lot simpler than making actual croissant and less time consuming since its sooo small that rising is not super important (taste good overall!)

這是最近火紅的可頌早餐脆片! 其實我不知道Cereal中文是甚麼我網路上也找不太到.. 是早餐麥片還是脆片??? 從上一集的可頌甜甜圈 我用了剩下的麵團做了這些迷你可頌! 如果你有剩下的可頌麵團也可以喔! 只要步驟差不多都會成功! 這個失敗率很低!
*記得要烤到上色喔~ 不然加了牛奶很快軟掉!

*Remember to bake it until coloured then it won't be too soggy with the milk!

(i just wanna say thank you to whoever actually finish the video/reading this.. there were a lot of technical issues saving this video took me 11 times around 4 hours in total zzz)
