Air Fried Chicken Wings - Perfectly Crispy, Moist, and Tender (with Buffalo Wings sauce)

Описание: These chicken Wings i.e. "Buffalo Wings" really are fantastic (our absolute favorite recipe) - better than restaurant quality!! We love to have them as a side dish when serving pizza, but they are great anytime. You will be amazed at the results - enjoy :)

Chicken Wings – “Buffalo Wings”
Serves 2 – “Air Fried”

INGREDIENTS
► 8 – 9 chicken wings, tips removed and wing/drum separated (i.e. 16 – 18 pcs in total after cutting)
► Corn Starch – enough to lightly coat each piece of chicken
► 1/4 cup “Franks Red Hot Sauce”
► 1/8 cup of salted butter
► Oil spray or oil as needed

DIRECTIONS
► Take wings out of the refrigerator and leave at room temperature for ~30 minutes
► Dry each chicken wing (I use a paper towel)
► Lightly coat each wing with corn starch
► Use oil spray and spray your air fryer basket (or lightly oil it)
► Place wing pieces in your air fryer basket – try not to have them touch (i.e space them best you can)
► Air fry for 25 minutes, at ~400 degrees
► Meanwhile, heat the Franks Red Hot Sauce and the butter together, until incorporated together.
► Once wings are cooked (i.e after 25 mins) remove them from the tray and place them in a bowl
► Pour the sauce over top of the wings, and toss/mix until each wing is coated with sauce
► Serve hot – enjoy!!
