In this video, I'll show you how to make a drop using center-hole flower beads so that you can see the center of the flower, not just the outside of it. We'll make one pair out of craft wire, making a loop behind the flower to attach it to a bead-embellished ear wire that I will also show you how to make.
Next, we'll use a ball head pin instead of craft wire to make the same type of drop, and finally we'll use craft wire and instead of making it into a drop with a loop behind it, we'll leave it straight so we can stack beads on it like a head pin & then attach that to an ear wire.
The beads I'm using for this tutorial can be found in both the Softflex Cherry Blossom design kit, and the Jesse James Magical Mystery Bead Box for March.
Tools used: flush cutters, 6-step bail-making pliers, chain nose pliers
findings: handmade ear wires, using softflex 22g craft wire.
