Описание: 50 Minute No Repeat Cardio & Strength HIIT Workout - We are doing a favorite format in today's full body workout - LUCCA! Lower body, Upper body, High impact cardio, Low impact cardio, Abs. Normally I just add one cardio in, but today, we will hit a high impact and a low impact. This will give you a great sweat and I will give you low impact modifications for the high impact one as well.
