It’s amazing how just five to ten minutes of movement can completely shift how we feel. In this session, we move our bodies in simple, seated ways to wake up circulation, improve mobility, and reconnect with the breath. The goal isn’t intensity — it’s transformation.
This gentle seated workout blends elements of yoga, Qi Gong, mindful movement, and breathwork to help calm the nervous system, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing. We finish with a short breathing and meditation practice to help you settle and reset.
This session is ideal if you:
