Hope you all are doing well. Aaj hum banane jaa rahe hai besan ki sabji jo khane me ekdum hi tasty lagti hai . Umeed hai aap sabhi ko yeh recipe pasand aayi ho. Comment karke zaroor bataye
Ingredients: (4 Person)
To Make Ganthiya:
3/4 Cup Gramflour
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Oil
Water as Require
To Make Live Ganthiya Sabji:
2 inch Ginger
7-8 Garlic Cloves
3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
2-3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
8-10 Curry Leaves
2 Onions
3 Tomatoes
Salt to Taste
500 ml Buttermilk
1/8 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Green Garlic
