This video is designed to assist DOT safety-sensitive employees with understanding what happens after they become eligible to take their DOT return to duty drug and alcohol test and pass it. The video explains that the employer, consortium, or future employer is responsible for entering the return to duty test in the DOT FMSCA Clearinghouse system, not the SAP Professional.
