Tres Leches Cake
*I forgot to mention, best to allow your cake to sit in refrigerator for 6 hrs before enjoying.*
Ingredient for cake:
6 large eggs, separated
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cup cake flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
Ingredients for tres leches soak:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
12oz evaporated mik
14oz sweetened condensed milk
Ingredients for whipped cream:
2.5 cup heavy whipping cream
2.5 tsp hershey's white chocolate pudding mix (pudding mix is to help stabalize the whipped cream, and I especially like the hershey's white chocolate flavor)
1 cup powder sugar
*Cake pan: 13.5x10inch
