salt
work into a smooth ball and rest at least 30 min before rolling into sheets
bolognese sauce
1 lbs ground beef
1lbs ground pork
1 onion
2 carrots
3 celery
1 cups white wine
1 cup milk
2.5 lbs tomatoes canned is fine
Nutmeg
Salt pepper
Rosemary
Bay leaf
2 cups chicken stock
bechamel sauce
90 g butter
90 g flour
1 qt whole milk
nutmeg, white pepper and salt to taste
