I used to have garlic bread pizza often when I was young. We used to make it with butter, garlic salt, a jar of pizza sauce, and pre-shredded mozzarella. It was always tasty here's how I make it now
pizza sauce
14oz crushed tomato
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
salt
pepper
splash of red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon sugar
1 loaf of French bread or something similar
8 oz low-moisture mozzarella
whatever toppings you enjoy
