Mexican Sandwich Recipe | Laiba Malick
With the cheesy and classy filling, what would be better than the Mexican sandwich..?
A delicious fusion of cheese, chicken & chilli flavors.. These sandwiches will bring you an amazing taste♥️
Just quickly check the ingredients and have a nice recipe..!
"For Dough"
-All purpose flour
-Salt
-Yeast
-Oil/butter
Mix and make dough with usage of lukewarm water.
Leave it for 20 mins.
For Filling
-oil
-garlic paste
-Chicken
-Salt
-Chilli powder
Fry these ingredients for 2/3 mins
Then add:
-Capsicum
-Onion
-Chilli Sauce
Slightly fry all of the ingredients.
"For Making Sandwich"
-Cheese (for filling)
-eggs and oregano (on top)
Make a rounded shape of dough with help of roller.
Fill the chicken fillings and cheese and pack it from the other half-side. Brush the beated eggs and garnish the sandwich with oregano.
