Welcome back Supe Ageing! Today, I have an exciting workout session planned for all the amazing people over 50 who are looking to stay fit and healthy. In this video, we will be focusing on a full body seated loop band workout that is specifically designed for people over 50.

To kick off the workout, we will start with a brief warm-up to get our muscles warmed up and ready for the exercises ahead. I will guide you through a series of gentle stretches and mobility exercises that will help increase flexibility and mobility, ensuring that you are ready for the main part of the workout.
