Now, this is a very important topic because autism independence is the NUMBER ONE thing that we, as parents, worry about for our children;

we worry about their future independence, about the possibility that they'll be able to get along on their own, and certainly what will they do, when we are no longer there for them.

I know we've all felt this, at some point.

In this video I'm going to specifically talk about FOUR THINGS, of course these are not the only things in the entire world that are going to promote autism independence, but they're really crucial aspects;

I will go into detail INDIVIDUALLY about each of them in FOUR future videos, but today I wanna give you a CLEAR OVERVIEW.

I wanna make autism independence simple for you, and I want you to start thinking about what are the things that I can do NOW in my child's life to MAXIMISE his probabilities of being an autism independent child, one day.

So these four things are:

• 4. WELLNESS
