✨🧑🍳 RECIPES 🧑🍳 ✨
Chicken Parm Sliders
Patties:
1 lb ground chicken
1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (divided)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Topping:
2 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pack of 16 slider buns
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups marinara for dipping
Preheat your oven to 400°F and place a wire rack on a baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (save the remaining for the coating), Parmesan cheese, egg, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Evenly divide chicken mixture and shape it into patties. Dip each patty in the remaining breadcrumbs. Arrange chicken on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.
While that is cooking, cut slider buns in half. Lay out both halves on a baking sheet. In a mixing cup, mix together melted butter, garlic and Italian seasonings. Brush the butter onto the tops of the slider buns and sprinkle half of the cheese on bottoms.
Once chicken patties are baked, place on buns and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Big Mac Sloppy Joes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium onion, finely diced
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp all purpose or steak seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sweet pickles, diced
1/4 cup Kinder’s Burger Sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
12 King’s Sweet Hawaiian slider rolls
Sliced cheddar cheese
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut slider rolls in half and place them in a baking sheet. In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, mustard and melted butter. Set aside
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds, then add onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add the ground beef, season and brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in the diced pickles, Burger Sauce and ketchup. Mix well and simmer on low for 3-5 minutes.
Spoon the mixture onto the bottom sliders. Place cheese over it. Place tops of buns on. Brush mustard mixture over tops and sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning. Bake for about 5 minutes.
