Cream Cheese Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the cranberry sauce until smooth. In another bowl, mix the brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set both to the side.
Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Flatten each biscuit piece slightly, place a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center, and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Dip each biscuit ball into the melted butter, then roll it in the sugar mixture to coat. Place the coated balls into the prepared bundt pan, layering them evenly. Pour any remaining butter and sugar mixture over the top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden and cooked through. Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before carefully inverting it onto a serving plate. If desired, drizzle with extra cranberry sauce before serving. Enjoy warm!
