🧑🍳Almond Pulp Flour 🧑🍳
After making almond milk in the Mylky machine, press the almond pulp against the sides of the filter basket to extract any remaining liquid.
Spread the pulp evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating a thin layer.
Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 1.5 hours or until completely dry and lightly golden (time may vary based on pulp moisture, can take from 1 to 2 hours)
Let the dried pulp cool completely, then break it into small pieces.
Blend in a high-speed blender until it becomes a fine powder.
Store in an airtight jar.
This almond flour is great for baking, smoothies, or adding to recipes for extra fiber!
