As wonderful as it was for Moses and the Israelites to witness God's glory, it came up short and was incomplete and that something so much greater had already come on the scene and Paul called it "surpassing glory". Paul teaches us that there is a better, more brilliant glory that shines through by the ministry of God's Spirit. It is permanent. It is life-giving. It is righteousness. It is powerful and it's eternal. And it's now!
