Daily Mindfulness and Guided Meditation - May 6, Today let’s take a helpful journey inward and look at the energy of two competing choices. Today's meditation is about making choices and choosing the best choice for self (a clairvoyant meditation). 8 minutes. Self-heal with compassion and love. Each sit we are improving our mental health and increasing contentment. At the end of the recorded meditation, I encourage you to continue with your mindfulness practice and seated meditation for the duration of your daily practice, however long that is for you, followed by journaling your reflections and insights from the sit.
