Daily Mindfulness and Guided Meditation - May 3, May is a perfect month to work with deep acceptance and compassion. Let’s do this all month long in our meditations… for ourselves! Today's Affirmation: I choose to look for and focus on the positive attributes and qualities in others. I challenge my negative assumptions. This effort builds happiness and a sense of inner safety while interacting in the outer world. 6-minute Daily Mindfulness and Guided Meditation. Self-heal with compassion and love. Each sit we are improving our mental health and increasing contentment. At the end of the recorded meditation, I encourage you to continue with your mindfulness practice and seated meditation for the duration of your daily practice, however long that is for you, followed by journaling your reflections and insights from the sit.
