Fish Tacos:

Shredded cabbage
I used “street taco” sized tortillas, but use “taco sized” instead
Catfish fillet (Pat dry, chop into chunks and season with salt, pepper and paprika)
3-4 cups avocado oil for frying

Beer batter mix:
3-4 cups avocado oil for frying
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 beer (modelo)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Serve with lime wedges


Fish taco white sauce:
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/4cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp malt vinegar
2 tablespoons light olive oil
