This follow-along Animal Locomotion Flow is a simple, playful movement session designed to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and body awareness through animal-inspired locomotion patterns.
The format is intentionally minimal. We begin with a gentle, joint-focused warm-up, then move through a continuous progression of animal movements—starting more upright, gradually working closer to the ground, and finishing with dynamic, expressive patterns.
There is no instruction or cueing during the movements. This is a visual follow-along experience meant to encourage intuition, exploration, and embodied learning. Move at your own pace, take breaks as needed, and adapt each pattern to your body.
This session is well-suited for:
Improving full-body mobility and joint health
Building integrated, functional strength
Enhancing coordination and movement confidence
Adding play and creativity to your training
Warm-ups, cool-downs, or standalone movement practice
No reps to count. No right or wrong way to move. Just follow along and explore.

How to Use This Session:
