Today I made the Coconut ,Yogurt with Coconut milk Cake and the result is really awesome Coconut, Yogurt with Coconut milk Cake
The ingredients are;
Grated coconut -1 cup
Cashew nuts -1 cup
Yogurt -1 cup
Eggs- 3
Sugar -150 g
Oil- ½ cup
Coconut Milk- ½ cup
Flour - 2 cups
Baking powder -1 tsp
Salt - ½tsp
Vanilla powder - 1 tsp
Bake in a preheated oven (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes
