Today we made crispy crunchy & yummy sprouts cutlets / tikki. a very simple and easy vegetarian cutlet recipe that can be served for an evening snack or breakfast with hot tea. These cutlets can be baked, deep-fried or shallowly fried to suit one’s diet and taste.
Preparation time-25 minutes
Serving:-2
Ingredients:
1. Mix Sprouts (Moong beans, gram beans & white beans)- 1cup, Grind
2. Potato- 2 medium size, boiled & mashed
3. Onion-1/2, finely chopped
4. Coriander leaves-finely chopped
5. Green chilli-2, finely chopped
6. Ginger-1/2 tsp, grated
7. Chat masala -1/3 tsp
8. Black salt or pink salt-1/4 tsp
9. Cornflour-3 tsp or as required
10. Salt to taste
11. Black pepper-1/4 tsp
12. Red chilli podwer-1/4 tsp
13. Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
14. Oil for frying
