Today I’m sharing a simple and healthy Methi Paratha 🤍
Soft, flavorful and perfect for everyday meals.
Made just like we prepare at home with basic ingredients 🌿
Ingredients (सामग्री):
Whole wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा)
Fresh methi leaves (ताज़ी मेथी)
Sabut dhaniya (साबुत धनिया)
Jeera (जीरा)
Ajwain (अजवाइन)
Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च)
Salt (नमक)
Ghee (घी)
Water (पानी)
Method (विधि):
Mix all ingredients, knead a soft dough,
roll the parathas and cook on a hot tawa with ghee.
Serve hot 🤍

🍽️ Methi Paratha – Step by Step Process
Step 1 – Dough Preparation
English:
Add whole wheat flour to a bowl.
Add whole coriander seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, red chilli powder and salt.
Add ghee for moyan and mix well.
Hindi:
एक बाउल में गेहूं का आटा डालें।
उसमें साबुत धनिया, जीरा, अजवाइन, लाल मिर्च और नमक डालें।
मौयन के लिए घी डालकर अच्छे से मिला लें।
Step 2 – Kneading the Dough
English:
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
Hindi:
थोड़ा-थोड़ा पानी डालकर नरम आटा गूंध लें।
Step 3 – Rolling the Paratha
English:
Make small dough balls and roll them into parathas.
Hindi:
आटे की लोइयाँ बनाकर पराठा बेल लें।
Step 4 – Cooking on Tawa
English:
Place the paratha on a hot tawa.
Apply ghee and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Hindi:
गरम तवे पर पराठा डालें।
घी लगाकर दोनों तरफ से सुनहरा होने तक सेंक लें।
Step 5 – Serving
English:
Serve hot methi paratha with curd, butter or pickle.
Hindi:
गरम-गरम मेथी पराठा दही, मक्खन या अचार के साथ परोसें।
