This 42-minute full body Barre session blends strength, balance, and deep core activation using a set of yoga blocks and weights (1kg & 2kg).
We explore creative ways to challenge stability:
• Squeezing the blocks between elbows and thighs to activate the deep core
• Stepping on the blocks to elevate lunges and glute sequences
• Working balance and control in standing series
Expect a mix of grounded strength work and dynamic transitions — with a little real-life prop chaos (yes… watch closely when my yoga blocks decide to slide mid-lunge 😉).
As always, alignment comes first.
Move with control.
Work at your own pace.
Pause whenever needed.
Equipment:
– 2 yoga blocks
– Weights (1kg & 2kg – adjust to your level)
