Описание: Had to rearrange the order of my routine. Upper body yesterday had me a bit tight and I thought it would be better to jump to legs. I started with a fairly extensive leg stretch. Then I moved on to do some standing calf raises. Afterward I did some leg lifts on the machine to work my quads. Lastly I tried some stiff leg dead lifts (with the cables) for my hamstrings.
