What is the easiest Madhab to study in Usลซl al-Fiqh according to Ustฤdh Abdur Rahman Hassan?
The Hanafiโs are unique in the way they approach Usลซl and Qawaโid al-Fiqh as opposed to the other Madhabโs. And their method is known as the Tarฤซqa al-Fuqaha, (the way of the jurists) as opposed to the majority who are known to be Tarฤซqa al-Mutakallimฤซn
There are many great books of Usลซl al-Fiqh in the Hanafi Madhab, notable books include Usลซl al-Karkhฤซ, which was the first book written in Usลซl al-Fiqh in the Hanafi Madhab and the first book to be written in the subject in totality after al-Shฤfฤซโis Risฤlah. The author lists 37 principles in Fiqh. Other books include the Tasฤซs al-Nadhr and Taqwฤซm al-Adillah by Abu Zayd al-Dabลซsฤซ, and the Usลซl al-Shฤshฤซ attributed to Imฤm Nidhฤm ul-Dฤซn al-Shฤshฤซ, this particular book is one of the most popular and studied across many Hanafi Seminars to this day worldwide.
