Here's a real simple recipe for making fudge, with or without the chocolate.
You need a slow cooker to cook it in, as well as the following:
1 x can of caramel condensed milk
20g butter
600g white chocolate
Turn on your slow cooker on high.
Literally throw everything in and stir every 5-10 minutes.
Pour into a lined tin and leave for at LEAST 3 hours, otherwise it is too sticky to cut.
If adding chocolate, do so after one hour or so of being chilled, then leave for a couple of hours.
Decorate as you see fit :)
