A fantastically simple yet effective stretch for tight shoulders. Perfect for if you spend long periods of time sitting, working at a laptop, or if you have upper-back tension. In the video, I do this sitting at a table but you can also do this on a yoga mat or against a wall, depending on the space and time you have. This exercise was inspired by Brea Johnson at Heart & Bones Yoga.
