Using the flexion and extension of the spine as it's basis, the Cat/Cow movement is a foundational yoga practice. It's also just a great functional movement to maintain a healthy spine - especially important if we tend to be sitting/standing for long periods of time. I guide you through a few variations to keep things interesting!
