We've got a classic couple of flute tunes for you this week, 'Colonel Roger's' and 'The Happy Days of Youth'. John McKenna recorded this now-legendary set in 1934 alongside Michael Gaffney on banjo and Della McMahon on piano. Della McMahon was quite an accomplished piano player who was the go-to accompanist for many soloists and bands of the era, and was one of McKenna's regular backers.
