Menudo is a special and favorite dish that is loved by Filipinos not only because it is so delicious but also because it was easy to cook. It is always been a must be cooked dish on special occasions and gathering among family and friends. "Menudo the Filipino version" I called it so as not to get confused with another great dish called "Menudo" which is a Mexican dish that composed of tripe, hominy corn, spicy chili soup topped with fresh cilantro, fresh onions and squeezed with lemon.
