Leg techniques play a very important role in Tai Chi training.
Today, I’d like to introduce the leg-raising method for the “Single Slap Foot” technique.
When practicing, first ensure the supporting leg is stable and slightly bent at the knee, then raise the other leg to slap the foot.
Be sure the supporting leg remains steady without wobbling, and the kicking leg should be lifted above waist level.
